the:artist:network is pleased to present our second annual benefit show, Memento Mori- curated by Mariko Tanaka, featuring emerging new york and international artists brought together in an effort to raise money for the network's gallery space and residency program.

judy aiello, kendall bradford, john breiner, alex callender, brendan carney, cleverson, roman deingruber, jennifer deliliah, daphne gerou, jason florio, gabriela galvan, mathew garison, tara gayle, sari goodfriend, tamara gonzales, mary hrbacek, james jack, arin kang, jessica m. kaufman, timothy kent, joyce korotkin, yuliya lanina, miyeon lee, jieun zaun lee, tony luib, brian lund, marlene marino, mikiei matsumoto, carolyn monastra, yuko oda, aurora robson, david victor rose, holger salach, hagar schmidhalter, lisa solomon, heather roth sullivan, mariko suzuki, matt tackett, jonathon thurston, emily orling, sam wohl, and many others...
All works included in the benefit event will have a set price valued by the artist. 65% of the profit made on the individual works will go directly to the:artist:network, and the remaining 35% will go to the artist. Art works may be sold and taken home by the buyer at any point during the month long exhibition.
A silent auction for donated pieces will also be held during the night of the opening reception. Bidding will commence at 6pm and run until 8:00pm. Visitors at the opening will be given an auction packet detailing the artists and artworks up for auction. Each piece will have a starting bid and the highest bidder will win the sale of the auction.
100% of these profits go directly to the:artist:network. Artwork that does not sell will remain on exhibit for the rest of the month and will be on sale for the price designated by the artist.
